Shy Walker is an Associate Attorney at Smith & Bledsoe Family Law, where she is committed to empowering clients as they navigate some of the most challenging moments of their lives. With a background in advocacy, crisis response, and family support work, Shy brings a steady, trauma-informed presence to every case.
Shy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Prairie View A&M University and her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston. Her prior roles as a forensic mental health case worker, mobile crisis responder, Court Appointed Special Advocate, and youth educator shaped her belief that every family deserves dignity, clarity, and strong legal guidance during times of transition.
Outside of work, Shy enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and attending ropings and other Texas countryside events.
